Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the outcome.
- If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7–14 working days
- If you haven’t received it after that, please check with your bank or payment provider, or contact us for help
Return Shipping
- You’re responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was incorrect or faulty
- For high-value items like fitness equipment, we recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Please do not send your return to the product manufacturer
